1. Who we are
Schengen Form (schengenform.eu) provides an online service for completing Schengen visa application forms. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide. Contact: support@schengenform.eu
2. What data we collect
When you use our service, we collect the information you enter into the form, including your name, date of birth, passport details, travel information and email address. Some of this is sensitive personal data (for example, passport and identity information). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and fraud-prevention purposes. If you use the Upload & Save Time option, we also process the documents you upload (such as your passport, hotel booking and flight tickets).
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (to generate and deliver the visa form you requested); your consent (which you give when you submit your data and, where applicable, upload documents); and our legitimate interests (website security and fraud prevention). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely to generate your completed visa application PDF and deliver it to you by email. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service — that is, to generate and deliver your completed visa application form. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@schengenform.eu, and we will delete it promptly. We do not use your documents or form data for any purpose other than generating your Schengen visa application form.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe acts as an independent data processor, and Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
7. Data sharing and international transfers
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our service, such as hosting, form processing (Fillout) and email delivery. These providers act on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We may also disclose data where required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@schengenform.eu, and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies that are necessary to operate the website. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.
10. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
