1. About our service
Schengen Form (schengenform.eu) provides an online tool for completing the official Schengen visa application form. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide
We help you complete the official Schengen visa application form. The completed PDF is ready to print and submit to the relevant embassy or visa centre. We provide a document-preparation service only. We are not a visa agency, immigration adviser, or law firm, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government authority.

3. No guarantee of visa approval
Submitting a correctly completed form does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or visa centre. We are not responsible for visa rejections.

4. Payments and refunds
Our service delivers a digital product (your completed PDF) that is generated and delivered to you immediately after payment. When you complete your purchase, you confirm that you agree to immediate delivery of this digital product. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and delivered. If your form contains an error caused by our service, please contact us at support@schengenform.eu and we will help to correct it within a reasonable time, at no extra cost.

5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate, complete and truthful information. We are not liable for errors in your form resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provided, or for choosing the wrong form or jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, excluding the official Schengen application form itself, is the property of Schengen Form and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including visa rejections, travel disruptions, financial losses or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
